How much of your arm is on your desk or playing surface up to your mouse?

I play with my elbow up to my desk.

From my hand I have maybe 2-3 inches of wrist on my keyboard tray. But the rest of my arm is resting on the arm of my comp chair. So everything is supported up to the elbow.

I leave only my wrist on my PC desk, but I do prefer to have my elbow secured while playing it makes things easier.

Well i didn't have arm supporter thingies on my chair before so I used my whole desk for elbow support.
