it does look awesome. and I enjoyed the last one a lot.. it's too bad you can't play as a combine soldier or chell in it.

I just found out that you can't copy your solo story mode to an SD card though. Lame as fuck.

Isn't this only for the wii? Granted I've never used one but I feel like the gameplay would be missing so much by not using a classic D pad and buttons. I LOVED the old smash bros for N64 that was just awesome. If they made this new one for xbox 360 I'd get both lol.

You use these two combined.

You can also turn the controller flipped and use just the rectangular one with the d pad.

You can use the Gamecube controller too. Works the same way as the last one did, probably the more 'Pro' option for the veterans.

Ahhhh ok that totally saves this game for me thanks crowbar. I can't remember which system the old one was on, was it N64 or gamecube? Cause I swear I rememeber playing it on both. Yeah all the 1337 players are going to be using gamecube controlers, I mean cmon its a fighting game the classic interface pwns anything else lol. TAS are quite fun to watch. However, there are some insane 0%-death combos in SSB64 that you can pull off without tool assists. You probably know that already...
