What You Need:

Opera Web Browser: You can get it here http://www.opera.com/
A Microphone

Steps

1: Click the voice tab and install it
2: Then click on Tools then Preferences and then click the Advance Tab. You can also change what button to press for voice activation.
3: Then click the edit button and then application. There will be a large list click New
4: Then type in Overclock.net or any other name you wish to call it.
5: Then double click next to it in the actions column and type/copy this * Go to page, http://www.overclock.net * (without the * )
6: Click ok and you're ready to go.

Recent Opera, well for me anyway got rid of the button to download the voice software so...to get this go to tools > preferences > Advanced > Voice and check the box that says enable voice activiation and youll be able to download the software.

The joy. May you feel it.

Sweet, thanks for the info Mr. Linkster. I went back to the site and read up on the features and I will definitely be giving this a try. I didn't know that they were the ones that introduced tabbed browsing in 2000 either, which certainly got my attention. I'm glad they have skins too I'm not the biggest fan of a straight white browser.
