New Rebel Models.

I found these on fpsbanana just now and had to check em out. Fearsome* was kinda enough to stop killing me so I could get a few screenshots ahah. These won't work on sv_pure servers, but for videos and pubbing they look cool. It just replaces the rebels with the ct_urbans from CSS but keeps the hl2 rebels faces.. So you can use any urban skin you want also.
