As I found myself shopping for a mouse again, was thinking of what people have said in the past and so on and I though just how very helpful it was to hear peoples experiences, so I thought it may be a good idea to share.

So, if you guys have one product that you swear by, that has changed your gaming life forever, the ONE that you can't game without, please share your knowledge!

Get a mouse you like and one that can handle moving at fast speeds if you're a low sens user. For me, all my mx518 cords would die, the G5 sucked for low sens, so I moved to a deathadder and like it, been working fine. Never tried the G9 or whatever else yet.

I can't say any one product changed my gaming. However I will say going from a pentium 4 computer with a
1 gig of ram and a 256 mb vid card to a dual core, 4 gig and 1 gig of vid ram changed my gaming tremendously. It actually allowed me to begin to increase my skill and learn advanced movements, etc.

Seagull is right, find what works for YOU and stick with that.

I <3 My Razer Lycosa. Sleek, shiny and responsive. mI really love the feature to turn off the windows key whenever the hell I want since that killed me a lot when it was active.

yeah... deathadder is by far the best mouse IMO. Dunno about the lachesis, cuz it's too new and you can't get very good/accurate reviews.

Check this page out.

http://www.esreality.com

after some tests you can see here deathadder was better than all the other mouse tested.
It allows you to move it at a speed of about 3 meters per second without having any error, which is freaking fast.

I thought my copperhead was great, and I love it, but you can clearly see on that score that it sucks (specially for low sens =/ )

I can't remember the name of that Razer 4000dpi mice, I am willing to get one of those. Actually I'm using an Death Adder and it is pretty cool, yeah.

that's the mouse you are looking for soiz :P, but I don't see the point in changing, yours is more than good already, and I've heard deathadder is better in shape than the lachesis (if you use the right hand of course)

I liked the death adder but it is strictly right hand and larger than the mouse that fit perfectly the "diamondback" but since it crapped out of me I went for the lachesis, is just a little taller but otherwise the dimensions are very comparable, it also has 9 buttons on it. The g5 was huge, so was a no go right off the bat, I am hoping my diamondback was just a fluke, looks like razer thinks so too since they are now asking for receipts and stuff.
I have heard nothing but good stuff about the death adder but a mouse that is too big is useless to me, so I am hoping the lachesis will redeem razer for me. Plus it was $30 less at amazon than the retail price at razer and most important, it's red!! lol

I use just a plain exact mat, didn't want to pay 50 dollars for a mouse pad when I could just pay 30. :|

Ok so whats so wonderful about the lycosa? Do tell.. :sketchy:

Another product I just got is the belkinn52te tournament pad powered by razer and I love it, even if the thumb button is in china.. I can adjust some of the buttons to have a better fit for me overall than the saitek progammer keypad. The belkin n52te is ergonomic, your hand is slightly curved where the saitek is flat and I was having trouble with that, not having long fingers. :x

I bought a Sendheiser headset after hearing the name here and I love it!
