Whats up with all the low grav servers?

Damn, nearly all servers I go to have low grav. Can someone suggest some non low grav servers? Is it because people don't want you bunny hopping or something? I got called a "noob" for bunny hopping. I thought it was funny but the guy didn't since he was on my receiving end.

Finally saw a guy using a speed hack. Spectated him and turned on cl_showpos 1. I wish I could go over 500 by walking straight. JK Speed hacks are so obvious! Why even use them?

Low grav servers have been around since before the bhop was well known. There are some that just enjoy shooting at clay pigeons.

I love me some low g every once in a while. Heck our standard g isn't stock 600. I like playing them all.

I think part of it is that it kills movement, another part is its easier to hit people if they are slowly floating across the map. Much much easier to kill them.

low G servers =stick to the floor and strafe like CS.

I h8 low grav server after playing on them then back to normal grav everything feels strange and completely ruins my bhop.

Maybe it's just from playing on eye more often, but I'm really starting to enjoy higher grav.
And I like it when gravity can vary from map to map. Keeps things interesting.
For certain maps, sv_gravity 600 should be used, but what do I know.
dm_vertical_death is fun in default grav. weeeeeeeee....

Air Control and flying. Very cool
