quti works the same as quti for restarting a server found this out after mistyping it in HLSW and the map had reset to default map when restarted I have even tried it from the game console whilst playign on my server.

haha I imagine some valve employee always mistyping "quti", and write "quti" so he got sick and added it to the game code >.<

have known this for a while. But to be honest on the windows dedicated server, sometimes keystrokes are slow and get all messed up. I believe quti was actually put in because of this reason.
