Grenades.

Is there some trick to them for killing an enemy and NOT killing yourself, its just I have seen it hapen many times lately mostly the better players killing me but they survive yet they are a fresh spawn.

They had their Wheaties this morning.

I used to but it got boring always winning.

Does jumping help to lessen the blast damage to yourself?

It's called "meat shielding"

You hold the grenade and it goes "through" the person. When it blasts, you go down to 15 - 30 health depending on the direction the victim is pointing. Other than that, throwing it at the very last second so it goes on the other side of the victim works too

I never played 1v1 its a team game and the clan I was in rarely lost.

i was in dsmbrd when we were actually active but you guys forefitted us before i got to play you guys

I stopped playing HL2CTF last year sometime I was surprised that hapened too
