"Computer games don’t affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we’d all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive music."

I think Jacky Boy is one of those extremist conservatives that want to suck the fun out of every aspect of life especially if its something that people enjoy doing. I dont believe that video games are dangerous or that any reasonable human being is going to become a raving mass murderer just because they spend time shooting holographic images in a digital realm.

Well, isn't everybody going to techno/electro musical festivals (repetitive music), munching "magic" pills and dancing in darkened places?

Not sure if it is an irony, a guy from Nintendo said that quote in 1996 if I'm not wrong.
