IRC channel?

the #hl2dm channel is empty accept for me... and idk if these teams im suppose to play on cal even know how to use match comm?

It's an ongoing problem. People don't pull their head out of their ass to read the rules or the forum. Expect forfeits, especially in the pre-season. Another reason this site exists is to promote active leagues so this happens less. The more active and dedicated players we can get in, the better it will be.

Are you sure you are on the right network #hl2dm always has at least 10 - 20 people in it. That is not alot but not just you. This game is full of newbies and they dont get IRC =(

For CAL they need to post in match comm for sure and are suppose to have at least 1 irc channel listed. If you care you can try to contact them through ICQ/MSN or whatever and tell them to get in #hl2dm and post in match comm.

i usually always idle the channel, and just one day everyone but me and a few guys here and there were in every channel i idled, like everyone left at once and no ones come back since, maybe theres a problem with the server im connecting to? i know im not the only one, scurvy vagina was having the same thing...

Thats some kind of defect occuring. I idle in there for a good 16 hours every day and there are always around 10 people minimum. Cant say what the defect might be since im not particularly skilled with irc.

yes i m sure, i've been idling that channel since the beginning fo last season, and all of a sudden its fucked up, someone had mentioned something about a cookie to me?

i currently idling thru http://www.redlight-gaming.net which works just fine i guess, only i havent finished writing the auth part for it.... so i guess i've got some motivation..
