Keeper's Headshot Plugin Lost?

I can't find a single place on the web to download Keeper's headshot plugin.. hl2plugins.com is now dead.

Any help?

EDIT: Ok, back up. Since I'm redoing the plugin ( about to be released ) I'm going to update my site and how it integrates with HL2DMU.
