Has anyone who got fried by the recent steam account theivery even gotten a reply from steam yet? I submitted a ticket to them 5 minutes after it happened on sunday and no word yet.

it was b4 i was a cal admin,

I sent some complaint tickets but that didn't work, I yelled at valve for a week.

Then sent a link to my physio-stat page with 100+ hours and it was returned within a day

They usually take some time to answer, but if you provided enough information as required, then you will get it back.
And I know of people that have got it back.

zman, I lost my account due to a key logger a year or so ago, provided enough proof that I owned it (had no access to the previous email address that the account was registered under) - it took roughly 2 weeks to get my account back
