map contest.

well, we have A LOT more maps that i thought we would. we are starting to looking thru them. but before we get to the judging part, i personally would like to thank WT for hosting this event. you've done an awesome job collecting all these maps, putting together rules and guidelines, and making sure it happened on time. you rock man. i would also like to put out a HUGE thanks to all the mappers that submitted maps. thank you so much for all your hard work, its ppl like you that keep this game interesting to play. i personally know from doing a lot of programming for a company, that your work is taken for granted. no matter who wins, you all deserve a lot of credit. GOOD LUCK

Thanks Chem. Yeah, it has been a bit of work managing all the maps, sorting through them and making sure all the files are good, but it is also a good feeling seeing the contest turn out to be such a success in terms of entries. My personal thanks also to all the mappers who participated, you guys rock.

So far BI's observations have been quite astute. People who know him also know he places a high value on being unbiased.
