I'm not sure what this is about or what causes it but i often encounter a quite frustrating issue.
I hit refresh server, the only filter is "user playing"
Instead of having a bunch of eastern servers with crap map and bunch of 1/12 players servers as usual... all i get is around 9-10 servers, russians, or w/e, starting at 165 ping or so, none of what i usually see is there, if someone plays on a server im used to play on and i check view info it will display a ludicrous ping number (say 941) and when i join i have like...20 ping.
