this guy is an amateur storm chaser. he's a bit eccentric if you actually read some of his narratives along with looking at his pics. and lucky to survive some of his boneheaded decisions, imho. but he has some fantastic pictures. if you remember after katrina an email bouncing around with pics of weather formations attributed to katrina... well those are actually this guys pics and not at all related to katrina. just storms in the good ole midwest.
