To refresh memories, I asked the help of the community to find a specific item on the net that I couldnt find, and needed desperatly. I promised whoever would find EXACTLY what i need a new steam game.

Amazon dates are outdated, the PC version has been delayed to OCT 26. They decided to keep it for another week for optimization and last minute polish

I prefer not to do downloads because when I have to reinstall it takes a whole fucking night to DL just one game. I can install at least 10 games in the same time frame.

Uhh you dont have to do that para. You can just backup the largest files(graphics engine files) for your games, then when you reinstall, create the same file path names and have steam download the game. It won't redownload those files and will make install much quicker. Or you could just backup the entire folder straight out of steam and tell it to install the game.

It works with anything on steam. Do it all the time with my brother. For source engine games the files are the .gcf files. Other games like CoD are different, and so have different files/pathnames.

Erm, I just copied my entire steam folder to my external hard drive when I formatted. When Windows was done, I just copy and pasted the steam folder, restarted my computer, and everything worked out great!
