I need someone talented at website creation to help me launch a new venture.

The person I'm looking for should have creative ideas and solid programming abilities. Photoshop skills are also required.

I'm launching a new gaming website that will house maps, skins, news, and forums for any and all FPS games running on the Source and OB engines. More games could be added later.

This site will be somewhat similar to fpsbanana.com except it will be easy to navigate, not have shitty downloads, and only store good-quality maps/skins.

Compensation will be 50% of all advertising revenue.
