How much fps you get with that card? Still got my EVGA GeForce 7900GTO(not installed). Which one is better?

Those benchmarks are probably with the fastest available CPU of the time. Your results will probably not be that high especially since hl2 is so CPU intensive.

$13.00 for a 7900GS that is quite the bargain

Got it up and running :D

1300 frames looking at a wall in lostarena.

yyyeeeeea it really doesnt matter wat framerate u get looking at a wall.

I can run around lockdown full of players with 32xq aa and have a stable 120 frame rate(locked at 120).
Thats the kind of info that really tells how good ur performance is.

Probably like that with all your old card settings. Try installing Holy's texture pack and boosting your settings a bit.

Hey guys, I want to use this thread to announce that I recently bought a Sapphire Radeon HD5670 1GB GDDR5 Edition and it's pretty amazing the low consumption and high perfomance it has.

75W top and It doesn't needs external power.

I am letting you know because it has HDMI, DX11 and SM5.0, good choice!

I bet its tesselation performance will be shit.
Not much point getting a dx11 card if it doesnt have the power to perform decent tesselation imo. There is a reason the 480 gets hot.
That being said, meh.

I have a 5670 in my HTPC too its a really good card except the ati drivers suck as usual.

It is probably the best card you can get if you have some niche use like I did. I only had 1 slot open so I could not buy any dual slot card and the PC I was using was an older OEM machine so I did not want to press the PSU any. I think more companies need to focus on making the fastest card they can in a single slot package. Rathern then all of them just jumping on the reference design. I really wanted someone to try to cram a 5770 into a single slot package.

I couldn't agree more with you.
