Added sv_alltalk to the list of convars that are checked for the sv_tags list.

Fixed a model instance crash.

Removed engine ConVar "r_ForceRestore"

yes.. but doesn´t seems to work right now..

game opens up... serverlist looks lil different
but can´t join any server in my lists..

but the worst thing .. hammer/sdk won´t start with new/old game config settings
this is my personal nightmare so far

lets hope it just will need some time (restarting all the servers n stuff) to work

someone said bunnyhopping is dead now.. wtf is going on
