Another HL2 Fan Film

Here is another one. I can totally understand why the combine don't look like the games, budget can kill you if you don't have one. They took some liberties and made the film their own (which makes most fans mad), but I respect the guys who put this together. Lots of work and talent went into this. Thought I would share it with you guys.

It's a pretty good fan film actually, didn't care for the ninja combine scene though.

Yea, it's a really good fan film, I totally agree the ninja combine scene was (IMHO) out of place. But for 2 years and a $1200 budget with a cheap camcorder, these guys deserve props for it. I jumped out of my seat when I saw the hl2 health vial replica.

Was very cool, but I didnt really like the L4D-like zombies in there... kinda ruined it for me...
Adrian Shepherd... HL Opposing Force was such a good game... Maybe Valve will bring him back around in ep. 3 if they ever make it...

I prefered the l4d-ish zombies over cheap CGI headcrabs ones. imo

Kung fu shit was completely tarded. Adrian Shepherd wouldn't go out like that either.

continuing the list:
In HL2 Combine took rebels to enslave them. Here cyborgs (or Civil Protection, whatever) chase to kill, but they don't kill chick and the couple in the final right away. The suicide nading was dumb too, they could just throw it in the air and run. Reminds me Max Payne movie.
But it's a nice try anyway, looks cool. Read eyes of death made me laugh
