Leaked my ass. It's a buggy and crashy bad perfomance but complete version. I think they released it on purpose to tease the players.

Ive been messing with the sandbox editor and its pretty easy to use might buy Cryssis just for the editor.

the crysis leak prolly wouldnt have happened if crytek didnt fuck over their PC fan base(when it was always a PC exclusive) and just put out an Xbox demo.
