lol talk about washed up players. kurtz was legendary back then but the bar has been raised REALLY high. Go look at fios demos and look at anyone play in 2011. Gameplay has evolved alot, to a point where you can't just come back and beat someone, even on the maps you were good at.

I won't name anyone but some really old/good name are making pseudo-comebacks and trust me they get annihilated by just about anybody nowadays.

If ace agrees my only condition is that we play one map on ld_r6, no one wants to see two old fucks play possibly three maps (in event of tiebreak). That would be pathetic, just keep it one map (and no tiebreak even there is a tie) and get er done.

Thing w/ ace and val, they never reached the Legendary fame status that Col. Kurtz, Pb, Teto, Luke, and Seagull did. That's why Pb/Teto are leading in polls cuz it'd probably be more interesting to watch.

Too bad pb is terrible now and just ur average shotgunner he will never come back not like any1 can blame him he'd lose pretty convincingly to Teto if a 1v1 were to ever happen.

eFPS will run a 1v1 tourney either after the 2v2 tourney, or if CTF is released sometime soon after the CTF tourney which will be after the 2v2 tourney, and yes there will be cash prizes...just a heads up for that as well.

For me I think ewR vs $W again would be intense (If both teams got back into shape).
Hell I'd like to see 911 vs VDuS (teto and slick I suppose) again if teto and slick get back on their games. That'd be an interesting match. Teto's speed would be a bitch to deal with. However if he got caught up in how slow div can make games go that might throw that whole aspect off for Teto too.

Since the opening season of EFPS is going to be 2v2 it'd be cool to get some feed back on that as well.

Mmm maybe, it would be interesting to watch. Probably vals ya, but Val never did 1v1 that often as he mentioned earlier. However Div would be a different story, though he acts 5 at times he can still play well in more intense games because he plays it so slowly. TNG might have a hard time setting the pace of the 1v1 if it was a map that would allow Divinity to easily prolong fights. Then again from what I've noticed, TNG's magnum has been pretty intense lately. I can't keep up with it in 2v2's and in 1v1's it presents a bit of a challenge still.

I'd say me n' edge have somewhat of a "synergy" because I luv to spam-combo and outplay and edge luvs to straight up mag or rush cuz he's fast.

Well Vip since I haven't 1v1'd u b4 it took awhile for me to pick up a read on u and figure out ur strats so I can counter accordingly. Ppl tend to make the mistake of being overly predictable w/ their routes and behaviour and I simply punish it.

In 2v2's it's all about playing smart I mean too oft I have partners who litterally put on a helmet and rush head-first into enemy territory w/o a proper strat or caution. Many ppl say I bait but srsly all it takes is some patience, gather ur weps, and slowly, cautiously move out I mean sometimes u rlly dont need to be in a rush to engage enemy if ur up on the scoreboard and don't need the kills right away.

Val would win and Teto would win imho.

Other games worth watching: LukeGT vs PB or Grain or Teto and I still wanna see fucking Kurtz play fuck you Cyn^ haters Kurtz made me wet in Art of War.
