It's real, but the whole story goes like this: There's a law that says you can dance at the Jefferson Memorial (or whatever that is in the vid) because of a flash mob that caused a ruckus there a few years ago. Those people are all together and tried to orchestrate a little protest (not sure why you want to protest a stupid law like that when there's plenty of other shit to complain about, but w/e). The video tries to make it look like they are just innocent bystanders getting arrested for nothing, but in reality they were:
1.) Breaking a stupid law.
2.) Antagonizing the cops.
In other words, they're a group of douchebags who deserved to get arrested, but you didn't get to see that part in the video.
