Hi,
My name is Justin and I am from San Diego, California. I have been in the gaming biz for about 4 years when I got my first computer and started to play games like solitaire. I got a laptop after that experience and used it for photoshop and basic internet usage. After feeling an urge for computer gaming I soon built my new pc which cost me 1,500$ to make. It was my first computer I built and am very proud of it, I am happy to be lag-free now.
The first game I got was Counter Strike: Source, this also came with Day Of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. I never played DOD or HL2DM until after about a year my CS:S clan fell apart due to leader inactivity, I then started to play HL2DM to escape everything that happened. After playing the map acceleration (star wars) I fell in love with the game. So I got Half-Life 2 and enjoyed it alot to.
I have been playing Half Life every since but mostly stock maps. I found upon HL2DMU from a link in game that a friend told me to check out, I went to the site and read the curriculum, it was great. So here I am 2 months later finally registering on the forums and making an introduction
