Head on over to clans-united.net (assuming you didn't come from there) and ask em. I know there are a few Irish guys, not sure about whole clans.

Hi and welcome. There're some Irish players in the clan Demon. They might want you but they keep a really high standard so you have to be good though just a warning;)

Im Irish, no all Irish clans that I know off though, there is a fair few decent Irish based players though, Rayzor, Bloodlight Eyes, Whor3, Fist of Death, Diet h20, Shimmy, Im sure theres more but I can't remember
