Check out the frag video page for the download link. I really tried hard to get a good balance of clarity and file size. I don't know how well I did, xvid is still a black art as far as I'm concerned.

For some reason, when I download it, it doesnt download all the way. It stops at about 30mb, or around there. I dont know if this is a problem with me downloading it or the video itself.

hmm thats odd. Let me try it and I'll see if I get the same thing.
Upload said it completed fine.

EDIT: It's weird, I am getting something similar, only sooner and on other files too. I think maybe the hl2dmu hosting company is having issues. Can you try it again for me tomorrow and let me know?

I tried it again around 2:30EST but it didn't get past 2%, it just stayed there for about 15 minutes and when it wouldnt move past that anymore I just closed it out.

I'm re-downloading it now and it seems to bee working I'm at 5%. I'll edit this post and tell you how it goes.

but, maybe i didnt understand fios too well. how did drag0 win vs rubber soul? he won first game, I think it was 21-19 and second game he lost like 16-9. idk if i missed something or if i counted wrong. could someone explain that to me?

I am trying to get my head around it too. Looks like only two out of the three demos were submitted. Based on the fact that they chose different maps for bouts 1 and 2, they would have to had played powerhouse as the decider, with drag0 taking the win. I'm hoping as I go through the demos it will fall into place, but I may need to ask some of the players.

I had demos from both perspectives and chose to show it from Motion K's pov.

Thanks! Just a note on the crosshairs though, these players probably didn't use the single dot, in fact I think for this tournament they were forced to use the default crosshairs. I put in the single dot during the export because it causes less degradation in video quality and makes for cleaner viewing in general.

I tried downloading one the other day, which got to 85% and stalled out. Must have gotten the corrupt version... ill try again later.

I don't think any are corrupt. I do think the host for the site has more issues than it should and might be timing out the download. Try grabbing it at an off-peak time and it should work.

can the next one you do be micah on LD? Because I'm watching the overwatch micah-dirk match and it seems that dirk has him outskilled in most things, but just gets dominated by rpg spawn kills.

Did micah win simply by playing dirty?

No such thing as dirty in competitive play. Kill or be killed.

I want to get more done, but I gotta see if they will still launch after the last update.
Dunno which I'll do next, I just convert the first one I watch.

Just my opinion, but wouldn't it be easier to just host a .zip of the fios demos then the pincus hl2dm launcher for old demos on the same page? just have directions at the top of the page explaining what to do so that the people who want to watch them know what they're doing. it'd save your time and it wouldn't require as much space as the conversions do.

Yeah that would be easier. I planned to do that eventually. The reason I am converting them is in case an update comes along that wipes out old demos for good that cant be programmed around. Safe keeping if you will. The demo pack is out there and the launcher, I just haven't gotten around to adding them. They will both go on the classic demo page when I eventually do it, along with some others I have collected.
