Pan & Recam

Hey, I don't know if this has been discussed before but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Recamming or Panning In/Out or whatever its called. I really need to find more about this, so I can include it in my future frag vid(s).

I'm posting from school, So I'll try to help the more I can.
When recamming you can't see yourself, just the others.
To see you, you will need either someone else's demo, or a source tv demo.

It's for css, but the way it's done in both games is the same.
Start with that, if you need help with pan/crop (which is done in the video editing program you use) let me know and I'll explain you.
