More Frag Vids?

I know we have built up a huge community of skilled players and I would love to see some more frag videos. Hopefully this will occur more after CAL but I love watching new frag vids. So please people make some single player/Clan frag vids!

why instead of asking others to do more frags videos for you to watch, you don't sit your ass on the chair and make one? D: !

Anyway... I've heard so far RAW clan is making one, same as nutri grain (personal one?) and .flas team
And some other dude that has been asking me to guide him through steam... just be patient

What ever happened to the vdus vid?

While $W was still doing his, luke told me something about it being deleted when the pc which had the project was formatted... (iirc)
Maybe a VDuS member can clear things up

yea ill be starting one soon just had to many set backs a while ago so never really got started

from my understanding durden was working on it untill a she devil sucked his soul and he became pussy whipped, i saw a few clips here and there that where suppose to be in the frag vid which where pretty wape, but that was almost a year ago, i doubt it will ever come out.

yea frag videos don't happen over night especially clans videos. I still at the first stage of making my clans vid which is going to take along time considering we got 40+ members. I would say it should be done hopefully within a month but things always end up being twice as long as u planned so i would say 2 months.

yeah right now I'm in the process of making a frag vid of just me...think of it as a practice video so I can learn everything and get all the kinks worked out. Then maybe I'll start on an EE vid or EE + .ewR vid

Yeah that's the same I did with my clan video. It was the first so I experimented and stuff, I was just learning everything.... besides once you get to the editing part and know the basics, it gets fun !

^^ i tried to take some kills just to practice making vids and got WAY lost. That and we are coming out with a Team Veracity vid after cal. And I have some demos that I plan on sending you Onti so you can help me if/when I make a vid of myself. I have a shit ton of demos, just need to go through most with ticks and see what's worth keeping. Probably might ask for help after CAL and start working on it.

They don't need to be rushed too... taking time and effort to do them can have great results

Unwonted took my over a month I think ... cuz while I did it I kept getting new stuff, plus I didn't have all the day to work on it, and sometimes I didn't feel like working on it either. ;P

I'd advice you to watch good quake, css, or whatever else videos. You can get some really good ideas for editing, effects, transitions, etc.

yea i like to watch unreal and quake videos cuz they are more around the speed of hl2dm then css so it helps u pick a song cuz u need to fine a good paced song and it helps with all the other stuff....

You should take as much time as you need to make it look good. A week, a month, a year. Just make it look good and worth watching.

rush out something, don't release it, so you don't have to worry about what frags you use, sow it to your teammates and get some ideas. delete and start over. I made 3 b4 making mine, helped get an idea of what to do.
