need video help

I have a bunch of avi videos that i have uploaded to the internet, which converted them into flash videos. Around 600 or so, I am trying to take clips from a few to make a highlight video. Looks like my old video editing program can't use .fv videos. Does Vegas or another program? I can convert them but it will take forever. Anyone care to help get me on the right track?

You could always try converting them back and editing them as another format, I can't think of anything that might be able to edit a flash video that is professional.

I currently use Camtasia Studio for all my screen recording and video editing, it can open flash video formats however I'm not entirely sure about the .fv format.
