Sound problem

K, having this problem and wondering if anyone else ever experienced it.
Trying to use startmovie/endmovie feature, but theres no sound in the wav file, gives me an epmty 1kb file each time, i also tried "startmovie blah avi" but the resulting avi file had no sound either.

Select "2 Speakers" instead of 5.1 sound in options and it should work then

lol i thought this might be the case but i didnt want to beleive it, 7.1 is wat i use too.
