Missing purple-plugin-2.2.0.zip ... where could I find?

Ok don't shoot me if this was already posted, I started to follow the directions posted here http://hl2dm-university.com/articles/IR ... et_irc.htm but when I got to Step 4) Get purple-plugin_pack-2.2.0.zip
I get a not found on this server, any suggestions?

I think its on the same website Pidgin is. Google it if you cant find it.
