Last active threads

This site needs a last active threads section on its main page, it makes catching up on the latest posts quik and easy, which means ppl are allways willing to have a gander.

Just click "View posts since last visit" on the top right to find out which threads are active

Still, it should be big and easy to see, or have a list of latest active threads, see http://www.ozsource.org for an example, its so much better i think, keep the layout an shiz, just add that, well, i hope ;D

We are limited to the functionality included in this (free) forum. I spose we could upgrade it eventually, but I have to say it is not really high priority.

Also, SMF has a kickass forum that's free. http://www.simplemachines.org

There is even a converter that will convert from phpbb to smf. All posts, smileys security settings are brought over.

There are some bugs with the converter, but I'm polishing those off for KBH's forum switch over. Plus making a few plugins as well. Gawd I'm spread too thin.

We're not only converting but using tinyportal as well. The things you can do with SMF seem pretty impressive. Although most of the advanced stuff isn't necessary for this forum. :roll: The calendar could be used for leagues and might be a nice addition.

The one thing I'll say. In any of the forums I'm involved with that use SMF there are ZERO bot problems.

Awesome...I really need a pair of those glasses.......there is the answer right there!! this explains how some of you guys do it...you are all wearing those things when playing the game? The big secret is out ....forget the advanced techniques and many hours of practise....just put them on....it's a whole new world (no doubt)

yea its good but the game looks all pixelated at 1680x1050 with them on.
