Don't know if anyone else has seen this, but I literally just walked out of the Best Buy near work.

Valve has broken up the Orange box games into 3 seperate products

Portal
TF2
The Episode Pack - Ep 1 and Ep2 together in one box. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they included HL2DM in the episode pack so be on the alert for some new people. Lets grab as many as we can and teach em.

I wish there was a way we could buy it then in the registration to Valve for it, put a comment like: "I bought this to support HL2DM".

I would spend the $20 for it again just to do that. Lets see....that would make 3 copies of Ep1 and 2 copies of Ep2 I own now. :P

I don't see the point, HL2DM is actually free for nVidia and ATi owners. Which is currently the 99,9% of Steam users.

IMO they added HL2DM in there just for saying "3 GAMES AT XX PRICE" instead of "2 GAMES AT XX PRICE".

The point is. Some people may want to have the EP 1 and Ep2 on disks. Or they maybe didnt want to buy the OB when it came out. Another idea might be people like me who browse the vid games isle at Best Buy and see what games there are, might remember HL2, pick it up and check it out. In any case it keeps a retail product with HL2DM in it on the game store shelves and more accessible to people who game.
