Yes, you can learn to do such jumps, but it's not very easy to control. In that video the hang time seems a little long, so he may be doing the jumps at a lower gravity setting.

Step 1: Learn to bunnyhop.

Step 2: Jump on objects and zap em with your gravity gun as you jump again.

Someone here might be willing to help you with it.

As walking target bhop is really important, but most important than bhop IMO would be strafe jummping ( the initial jump you do to bhop correctly ).
The faster you get with the initial jump, the better it is.
Apart from this, when gravity gun jumping/props jumping/whatever you wanna call it, try aiming DIRECTLY DOWN towards the object.
Some people say you need to try with edges rather than trying with the middle of the object...
There is a thread about his posted by .conflict some time ago with tips like this, try looking for it, cuz it had some relevant info.

We should get a in an overwatch or something and practice this. I used to use the grav jump in maps like LD, I would place a radiator in a certain spot and use it like a lift. Like using a radiator to boost up to the 2 health pack ledge and over the railing. I would do the same on the fence to the right of that ledge, fun stuff if you can get it down, but i've definately lost my touch. Its also a lot of fun to do at random times during fire fights, in semi open areas like the super charger in LD.
