Interesting, I am probably a hybrid of flat finger and claw grip with the emphasis on flatfinger I do try to use my fingers to aim up and down but its just not always possible withmy sensitivity, I supose changing the pitch speed could change that?

same except because i run such a low sens, for 180s or quick turns i have to get the whole arm into it.

I am flat finger except for my middle finger... where I keep my fingertip on the scroll wheel hmm... maybe my index finger as well. I also try to keep the majority of the pressure on my pinky and thumb... this make for less down pressure on the pad and a bit faster especially when you have to pick up the mouse. Anyhow, I wrist pivot with my low sens only for the finest of movement really, aiming over long distances and short mag snaps. My desk height is somewhat awkward where the middle of my forearm rests on the edge (huge rounded edges luckily) so I'm not really pivoting at the elbow... suppose that may be different than a lot of people.
