The classic map Aim Arena, fully reloaded from scratch.

Compile Time: 1 Minute 40 Seconds
Rebuilt completely from the ground up, this rendition of aim_arena was meant to address the numerous defects found in the original and all of its offshoots. The map blueprint was drawn from aim_arena_b4- widely considered to be the most competitive version of the map, but lacking lights and suffering from warped/uneven brushes, entity errors and a few strange bugs that would crop up from time to time.
The reloaded version has fully redone, symmetrical and error-free brushwork, lighting meant to closely resemble the original maps stark contrast and lack of darkened or heavily shadowed areas, and numerous small tweaks to the various entities and pickups (the lifts wont get stuck, the smgnades cant fall from their spawnpoints, etc). The one feature of the original map that was not reproducable was the ability to drop down the end shafts without taking fall damage, as this was made possible via a brush flaw, and instead a small amount of water has been added at the bottom of the shafts to duplicate the original effect. Finally, The supercharger lights have also been reworked for increased visibility and superior status indication, and are duplicated in 2 other locations on the charger side of the map to give players a sense of direction.
Performance should be far superior to all non-fullbright versions of the map, and should equal the fullbright versions with settings set to low.
