Valve broken shadertest/gooinglass in ob update.
So heres my fix as another option instead, this is for mappers and normal players.
Place "shadertest" folder in the materials folder
E.G.
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\USER-STEAM-USER-NAME\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\materials\shadertest"
