server motd image coding, help pls..

ok. so basicly we have a couple of motd server pics made for the splash screens u see upon connecting to our servers, but its seems to need some kind of html coding to expand to the varied resolutions that players use, else it dosn't fill the screen and looks a bit amateur ^. so what i seek from ur swelling synapses of logic & wisdom is perhaps the line of coding that wil b needed to b added to the motd in order for the resizing to work.

ahh chrs. we stuck that code into the motd file n all it seemed to do is center the pic in the lil box.
tbh html is something ive never taken ne interest in uderstanding and that probably dosn't help matters ^ but to further express my situation i'l use the aide of imagery 2 c if it makes my situation more clear.

the default resolution is quite low as t'was originaly taken from my 800x600 res
basicly the splashscreen needs to expand to the extremities of the inner window, filling it regardless of resolution
whereas the code that u suggested seem'd to just center it =/ [i may b doing something wrong. html, as i've said- is not my friend ^] ne further assistance wud b gr8, and in specifics would be much apreciated. im hopin it'l jst b nice n easy ;D

i dont hav direct access to the ftp, but if i can get a copy of the motd file and paste it in here for u to peruse at ur own discression, maybe that would help?

ive been told by ppl usin a dif resolution that it has worked [i just cudnt tel coz the pic and frame size r too similar on 800x600^]. i'l probably redo the pic tho ina higher res, to try n keep sum clarity wen it streches. the issue now being that if its original size is bigger than the frame on the 8x6 res welcome screen, will it shrink it to fill or wil it b spilling over the edges like sum crude, non-perspective peephole?

Wow shes 17! holy crap I thought she was like 15. I don't feel so bad about thinking shes hot now, only a 3 year difference. Hopefully her movie career doesn't end with conclusion of the Harry Potter series.
