Is any anti-scripts system for hl2dm servers ?

Sometimes i get accused of cheating when i do skate jump... an elegante way will be to install an anti-scripts on my servers ... :D

however i see server with "anti-scripts" added in their name...

I have searched, nothing found.
perhaps ES script gardien antiscripts, but only for mag zoom... really not enough for me.

(don't open the debate against or for scripting, thanks, everybody has his opinion and i have mine :P)

All the commands get processed on the client and then get sent on to the server. So the server might not even see some of the commands that can be found in the "alias" scripts.

I asked Valve about the alias and why it was necessary to have in DM, they responded:
Aliases are used by the game code itself so we can't just turn it off.
If somebody does have an anti-script out there, they probably have some kind of time tolerance on executing commands. If they get a block of commands that hit at the same time, then they probably allow the first one through and ignore the rest. "Wait" isn't even seen by the server, so they would have to be doing some pretty serious hacking to get to this information (if it's even possible).

I get the feeling that if pushed, valve could disable the alias command for clients, and still let their internal code run the alias commands. But I'm not holding my breath on this one.

so if i understand an anti script can only be based on time between 2 commands and not on the commands themself... so bad. :(

Not seen an anti-script server yet... Get called a hacker/cheater/scripter a lot myself lol, but I'm sure I've got nearly the cleanest config anyone has out there... Almost default!

As for scripting, I think the ppl accusing you of such, should understand that a decent strafe jump, continued with bunny hops is best performed manually. No script will execute both better then when doing it manually... Unless you can prove me otherwise!

Well, lets say u bind one of your keys to jump+duck, your making it easier, and it wont affect your bhop in anyway at all, since u can hold the jump+duck bind an it will stay in crouch just as if ur pressing the normal crouch buton.

sv_pure 2
sv_allow_wait_command 0

Yeah, the allow wait variable has been added since this thread was started.
