lockout of server

every now or so I time out or crash out of my sever but when i try and reconnect I get this 2bar connecting and then a error "tried 4 time can not connect". But if i connect to any other server i have np. Its finally got to a point where i have had enough does anyone know how to solve this either client side or server side this only happens on my server for some reason and other experience the same thing sometimes.

I get this when I join a server and time out right away, if I disco and then try to rejoin it won't happen. I will still see my name on the player list under server info. Best thing i can think of is rcon a restart to purge your ID from the list or maybe rcon kick yourself

It's not a rcon ban is it? You tried the password up to x times and it just bans your IP until you restart the server?

That's happened to me when I was on the wrong server and was trying the wrong password.

well this has happened in the middle of a war when i time out or sometimes when i try and join my server for the first time. The server has mani running on it so that might be the cause of the trouble. I looked in steam support and the only thing that come close describes this problem said to delete the clientregistory.blob have not be lock out yet but when it happens i see if that makes a difference. I know the pw since it my server and restarting the server will not be a option when im in a war.

i think you cant join back if youre still on the server or the game is paused. tell your teammates on ts/ventrilo to unpause the game or kick you.
