So I just stick this in the steamapps folder with my game config file?

I thought you copied and pasted it inside your config. What card do you have?

Yeah just put it in there, then you can use one of the options listed in the readme.txt, or you can copy the settings into an autoexec.cfg file if you like.

put in your fps config in your config FOLDER.

type exec whateverthenamis.cfg in console. then it runs.

or shove it into your auto.exe if you have one or leave a command in it either there or config "exec FPS_enhancer.cfg"
