HL2DM CustomizR v0.9 beta

hello ladies, I want to release this beta version of my app to the HL2DM community, please try it out and report any bugs you may find AND report if everything works fine aswell.

about the app: HUD customizing made easy! you want a fancy HUD but don't know a thing about that subject? now you can customize your HUD just like you want with this application, just click on "teh buttons"! amüsiert

remember: beta status and optimized for Windows Vista and Se7en, but should run fine on XP aswell and backup your current stuff!

if you want to add fonts, just download them from e.g. http://www.dafont.com and install them to your windows, the app scans all installed fonts.

Good stuff, I have a problem though, the outline on the dot crosshair doesn't work very well.
I suggwest to make the Target id smaller 24 is huge.
Those feckers deleted my account and now cannot register because its not sending the confirmation emails out.

Nice, after using the Quakelive config generator I plan to make something similar for DM to this.

I have a good config just now so I'm not going "test" your app, but from an GUI point of view you really need screen shots of what you're changing. examples of the scoreboard, crosshair, fonts and what HUD flash is??? etc etc...

@keefy: can you tell me more about the TargetID?

@Jelly Fox: I expected all to be self-explanatory, the XHair color changes the Crosshair color, XHair style comes with examples, the small scoreboard is probably misnamed as it changes the scoreboard to a dynamic one, which grows the more players join the server.
the fonts aswell come with examples as you can see in the lower left corner of the screenshot.
"HUD Flash" is the flashing animation when switching weapons, couldnt think of a good name
and with "HUD Color" are the HUD numbers meant.

When you hover over a player you see their name "Target ID"
Find it in the clientschem.res, ctrl+F "target"
24 is default I use 11 and on my resolutionlooks just right ?I think.

Hello guys, a new version of HL2DM CustomizR is finally out!

Changes made from v0.9 to v0.95:

- buttons changed to dropdown's, less crowed layout & less code
- small scoreboard gets installed by default
- added backup option to save a previous HUD setup
- option to install outlined frag icons
- new crosshair added: square
- new crosshair added: custom

The app still remains in beta status though!

How about getting all this together in a same place or at least sticking the useful threads like this one?
